Due to health and hygiene regulations, certain conditions must be met for goods to be accepted as returns if they are not faulty:
Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
For faulty items, replacements are sent out free of charge within the first month of purchase. Please ensure faulty items are thoroughly cleaned before returning them, as items returned in an unclean condition will not be checked, and the return will be refused. If this happens, you will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item to you.
We offer a one-year warranty on all products. Faults reported within three months are eligible for a refund or exchange, while faults reported after three months qualify for an exchange only.
Items returned that are not faulty or do not meet our returns policy will be held for 30 days. If we do not hear from you within that time, the items will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
All products are shipped discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging, ensuring complete privacy with no indication of the contents.
In-stock items are dispatched within one working day (Monday to Friday). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we aim to dispatch it within 7 days. In the rare event of a manufacturing delay, we will notify you via email as soon as we are made aware.
Orders are shipped promptly and securely using trusted delivery services, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including reshipments, replacements, or exchanges.

Shipping times depend on the delivery option you select at checkout. Standard delivery options, such as Royal Mail Second Class or Evri 48, typically take 2-3 working days. To return an item, please send it back to our PO BOX address with a completed returns form. You can download the form from our website.
